How can I contact you?
Email is best. I'm pretty busy and I can't hear the phone in my workshop. My email address is on the About Us page.
Can I replace the pen cartridge?
All the pens use standard refills that are readily available and easily fitted. Please feel free to contact me for specific advice or instructions.
Could you make something to my own specification?
Certainly. If you see a design you like I can usually create it in any material that I have in stock.
Do you provide a mail order service?
If you know what you want I can post it to you and you can pay using the PayPal link on the About Us page. You don't have to have a PayPal account, you can use any debit or credit card.
Do the pens come in gift boxes?
The pens come in a plastic tube but I can supply a wooden presentation box for about a fiver.
Why don't you show prices?
All the items are individually priced according to the rarity of the material and the time involved in creating them. As a guide, the pens are priced between £18 and £30 each. Please email me for more precise information.
Do the photos reflect your current stock?
The stock is constantly changing. As each item is individually made, no two are the same even when made from the same material. The photos show the typical appearance of each item but there are natural variations.
I turn pens. Where can I buy compressed heather blanks?
Compressed heather blocks are very labour intensive to create and virtually the whole supply is allocated to manufacturing Heathergems items. Unfortunately, blanks are unavailable either from myself or Heathergems.
